The Land Where We Stand is partly based on a Finnish playwright Jussi Moilas’ text Knives cut the air, which is a is a Nordic tragedy set in contemporary Finland.
The performance tells about a family living in loneliness, each family member in their own worlds. Trying to find comfort in memories they can hardly remember and to forget the ones that are too painfully clear. The project was performed in Turku Arts Academy.
